Warren is co-owner and director of various financial services and investment companies and is also a founding member and non-executive director of Granite CSD.
Leon Rossouw
Leon started his career in the financial markets in 1980 in the Money and Capital Markets division of a local bank. He spent over 30 years in various bank’s Treasuries and trading departments. Leon is a founding member and Executive Director of Granite CSD and has also been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
Camilla Botes (Adv)
Camilla completed her LLB at Wits University and her PDM (Business Management) at the Wits Business School. Camilla started her career as a State Advocate, and completed her Articles as an Attorney Notary and Conveyancer. She returned to the prosecution as Senior State Advocate with the Asset Forfeiture Unit. She joined Lifestyle Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and First Federal Investments (Pty) Ltd as Legal, HR & Compliance Manager and has joined Granite CSD as Executive Director and Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance.
Paul Wilson (CA(SA)
Paul completed his B.Acc at the University of Witwatersrand and received his Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification in 1998. He is the CFO / COO for ICAP Holdings South Africa Proprietary Limited and non-executive director of Granite CSD.
Jeremiah Matlala
Mr Jeremiah Matlala’s entrepreneurship journey started in 2002. Over the years he founded multiple business focusing in different industries providing high tech, engineering and financial solutions to those industries.
He’s the founder of companies such as Payliquid Group which has interest in funding developmental projects and small medium enterprises within infrastructure, telecommunication, green energy and agricultural space. Jeremiah is a shareholder and non-executive director of Granite CSD.
